From due diligence walks, to budget development, to capital project execution, to apartment renovations, to insurance claim management, we are here to manage any or all aspects of your planned or unplanned projects.

Where We Come From

Site Operations Background

Acumen's approach to construction management is based off one thing. Keeping residents happy. If we can't execute your CapX plans without keeping your residents happy, we are failing. We understand the significant impact of losing a lease, receiving a bad online review, vacancy loss, missed deadlines, or not meeting and expectation can have on your property. From the top down, we have over 10 years of site level operational experience with some of the nation's largest REITs and will be an integral part of your construction management process.

Multi-Family Construction Background

We have experience in managing over 100 million dollars in multi-family projects to date. From projects as simple as a mailbox station change out, to cooling tower replacements, we have done it all. Have confidence that there are few things in multi-family redevelopment that we have not experienced in the past.

Military Background

Acumen is a proud Veteran owned and operated company. Our upper management and a large percentage of our employees are Veterans of our armed forces. With that, we have brought integrity, discipline and relentless work ethic into the operation of our company and the projects we manage.
