Finalizing your RFP (Request For Proposal) is a a very involved process. We will gather all your scope items and material selections and get them ready to send out to your chosen vendors. We will gather data from your unit types and rent roll so when your bids come back we can quickly figure out your total program cost.
Program Bidding
We will get your rehab package out to the vendors that are right for your renovation. Whether it's a turn-key general contractor, or multiple vendors, we will get you the competitive pricing you need.
Bid Reviews
After we get your bids back, Acumen will line them up so all bids are apples to apples. Then we will present the bids to you and recommend the contractor(s) we think are right for the success of your renovation.
Initial Scope & Material Selections
If multiple options were bid in your RFP package, we will go through the pricing you received back and help you make the decision regarding the best options for your renovation scope. This may include labor options, material selections or layout changes.
