Our scope repository is deep and detailed. However, every scope we write is unique and customized to each project. We know how to get your vision on paper for contractors to bid. More importantly, we know how to structure our scopes to minimize your exposure to change orders.
Scope Options
Our scopes are detailed, but easy to understand. If you are not sure what direction you want to go on a certain project, we will give you options to consider and choose from. We can can obtain option pricing on any of your bid packages, so when the numbers come in, you are ready to choose and get going right away without sending them back for revisions.
