Finally! It's time for test units! Test units are where you finally get to see your vision turn into reality. During the test unit phase, you are testing all aspects of your rehab package. You are testing vendors, timelines, material selections, how your renovation looks and of course, how much more money you get from your renovated unit so you can test your ROI.
After your test units are completed and rented, you will know a lot about your renovation. Depending on what happens, you may want to make some changes and do another set of test units, or you may be ready to go into full production.
