It covers collaboration with your team in our Microsoft Teams environment, It also includes our technology and analytics along with a facilities style consulting which include working through larger property issues, scopes and bidding. With a one year contract, this fee also covers annual budget walks. This fee is generally $3-$6 per unit per month.

This fee includes scheduling contractors, creating bid templates, fully managing the DD, collecting bids, creating and presenting a full CapX budget for a property. This fee can range from $1,800-$4,500 depending on location and property size.
