With a one year contract, this fee also covers annual budget walks. This fee is generally $3-$6 per unit per month.
This fee is in addition to the base consulting fee and covers creating and executing a large CapX budget. This also includes scope writing, competitive bidding software, project management, quality control, invoice management and project analytics. This fee is generally $4-$8 per unit per month depending on the size of your CapX spend.
This fee can vary greatly depending on how you deploy us into your program. It can be a larger up front for scope development and bidding then a per unit fee for each unit renovated, or a flat fee per month fully managing your rehab program. This fee can range from $2-$9 per unit per month.
This fee is generally covered through our insurance policy. Most policies cover a 3% construction management fee, which is what we charge. This fee coverts claim preparation and management. This fee also includes custom data automation and report presentation to carriers.
This fee is designed for a property with one major project. This fee is in addition to the base consulting fee and covers managing one large project. This flat fee ranges from $300-$800 per month depending on the project size and complexity.
This fee is designed for completing a pre- acquisition due diligence. This fee includes scheduling contractors, creating bid templates, fully managing the DD, collecting bids, creating and presenting a full CapX budget for a property. This fee can range from $1,800-$4,500 depending on location and property size.
